As I watch the snow inch upon my porch I wonder about those cameras that take a day in time and speed it up so we see the snow fall at rapid speeds until we are left with a foot and a landscape that looks nothing like it did before. I see the flakes fall one by one and I know if I look closely under a frozen microscope I could see the crystals on each branch of the snowflake. But they fall so fast and it’s way too cold to go outside and discover their true art.
It’s a little like life, isn’t it?
Everything is so pretty, but either there’s not enough time, or the selfishness takes over and decides it’s not the right time to entertain the thought of reaching out to discover something about each other.
